Portland: Floramagoria (part 2, up close)

In yesterday's post I established that the Floramagoria garden was a party. Today I'll show you why you want this to be one of those all-night-long parties: there are so many details, you'll need hours to enjoy them all!

Foliage, blooms, sculpture, containers -- all contribute to a space that you can really get your eyeballs into!

Sometimes it's sculpture that catches your eye, like above.

At other times it's plants:

Even other times it's hard to tell which of the two it is:

But there is so much of it in this garden!

Enough with the words -- just enjoy...

I could have taken dozens upon dozens more shots, but there just wasn't time.

I want to be invited to a party at Floramagoria! Easily one of my favorite gardens on the Fling tour.

Bravo! Your picture taking is excellent.
I especially like that round plant part below the pine tree photo.

Love, love, love your detail shots. It's those little things that we gardeners find joy in on a daily basis but, like many garden visitors, I was so blown away by the big picture, I didn't focus on the wonders you caught! Good lesson for me for future garden visits!
