Bamboo browns

Continuing with my attempts to find beauty in all of the brown bamboo, it really does make for some striking combinations with the clear blue sky...
...at least it did this past weekend when it actually was clear. With a dusting of snow on everything right now, grey looks like it will be the color of the week.
No reason not to appreciate the browns though... I'll keep saying that until spring actually arrives and the greens reemerge.
Not very ugly, is it?

Nature would have to work really hard to be ugly, in my opinion. Even when I looked out the window this morning and saw snow I thought "well. That's really pretty."
And then I cried. : )
