This deer was probably born spring of last year ... most hunters would refer to him as a 1 1/2 year old, but some just say "2 year old." This is probably just his second rack ... he may have had spikes or small forks last fall. Watch out next year though, he might have an excited hunter stalking him. I have a very large bamboo collection, but it is still very young ... so I especially love the bamboo posts!
